Q Insight is an AI assistant based on ChatGPT, built into the LOOQME mentions feed as a chat. It analyzes the mentions currently shown in your feed and answers questions about them: what the main topics are, what customers complain about, how competitors are discussed, what narratives are forming around the brand. This way you get conclusions without manually reviewing hundreds of publications.

In short: set up the feed filters → click "Q Insight" on the right above the feed → write a question → get an answer (usually within a minute). One analysis covers up to 5,000 mentions.

What Q Insight can do

  • summarize mentions and highlight key topics and points;
  • find the main complaints, wishes and positive feedback;
  • identify key narratives around a brand, person or event;
  • compare how your brand and competitors are discussed;
  • answer follow-up questions within one dialogue — without repeating the conditions.

How to open Q Insight

Feed toolbar: filters with the publication counter and the "Q Insight" button

  1. Open the "Mentions" section (the mentions feed).
  2. If needed, set up filters (1): keyword, sentiment, source type, period, etc. The counter next to them shows how many publications are currently in the selection — these are the ones Q Insight will analyze. Learn more in the article "How to Prepare a Set of Mentions for Analysis in Q Insight".
  3. Click the "Q Insight" button (2) in the top right corner above the feed. A chat panel opens on the right.

The Q Insight panel

# Element What it is
1 Hint about questions A reminder: specify what exactly interests you and apply filters. Good: "What was written about [person/product/event]?". Bad: "What are these articles about?".
2 Volume limit One analysis can cover up to 5,000 mentions.
3 Example requests Ready-made wording you can adapt for yourself.
4 "Enter your mention question here..." field and the send button Write a question and click the arrow or press Enter.
5 Expand Open the chat in a large window over the feed (see below).
6 Arrow on the panel border Hide the Q Insight panel. To bring it back, click "Q Insight" again.
7 Divider Drag to change the width of the chat panel and the feed.

The ⋮ menu in the panel header contains chat actions and the request limit — see the article "Chat History, Copying and Rating Answers in Q Insight".

How to ask your first question

  1. Make sure the feed is filtered to exactly the mentions you need to analyze.
  2. Enter a question in the field at the bottom of the panel, for example: "What are the main customer complaints in the mentions?".
  3. Click the send arrow or press Enter.
  4. The message "Accepted. Analyzing the information — this may take a few minutes..." appears. The answer is usually ready within a minute; the time depends on the number of publications and the complexity of the question. While you wait, you can browse the feed.
  5. When the answer appears, you can ask a follow-up question in the same chat — for example, "What exactly do they write about delivery delays?". Q Insight will take the previous conversation into account.

Large window mode

To read long answers more comfortably, click "Expand" (5 in the screenshot above). The chat opens in a large window over the feed.

Q Insight in a large window: new chat, history, collapse and ⋮ menu buttons

# Button Action
1 ⊕ Create a new chat.
2 Clock Show or hide the chat history on the left.
3 Collapse Return to the panel next to the feed.
4 ⋮ "Using the AI Assistant" and "Learn more about Assistant AI".

Q Insight builds answers based on the text of publications, but it can make mistakes or misinterpret the context — the note under the input field reminds you of this: "ChatGPT can be wrong. Check important information.". Before using the conclusions in reports, check key facts in the feed.

Frequently asked questions

Which mentions does Q Insight analyze?

Those shown in the feed with the current filters and period. If no filters are applied, all mentions for the selected period are analyzed, and the answer may be too general.

How many mentions can be analyzed at once?

Up to 5,000 mentions per analysis. If the selection is larger, Q Insight will still analyze only 5,000 mentions, and important publications may be left out. So narrow it down with filters or a shorter period.

How long do I have to wait for an answer?

Usually up to a minute. For large selections and complex questions — longer.

What language should I ask questions in?

Write freely, as you would to a colleague. Q Insight usually answers in the language of the question: for example, it will summarize Ukrainian-language mentions in English if the question is written in English.

If you need more help, write to the support chat or contact your manager.
