To read a publication in full, translate it, and view its metrics, duplicates and keywords, open the mention in the view panel to the right of the feed.
How to open a mention
- Go to the "Mentions" section.
- Click the title (or text) of the mention you need.
- A panel with the full text of the publication opens on the right. The mention is automatically marked as read (the green dot disappears).
View panel elements
| # | Element | What it does |

How to translate a publication
- Open the mention.
- Click the globe icon in the top right corner of the panel.
- In a few seconds, the title and text will be translated into your interface language (for example, English). To change the translation language, change the interface language in your profile settings.
The translation is automatic (machine translation) and may be inaccurate. For quoting in official documents, use the original text.
The "Indicators" tab
- Source audience — the average monthly audience of the outlet or the number of followers of the page/channel.
- AVE — the advertising value equivalent of the publication.
- Duplicates — the number of reprints of this publication.
- Potential views — an estimate of the reach of this particular publication.
What is below the publication text
Scroll down the panel; below the text there are additional blocks:
- "Keywords in the publication" — which workspace keywords this mention was found by. For each keyword, the sentiment and role (Main, Secondary, Episodic) are shown and can be changed. The "!" icon is "Report an encoding problem".
- "Original publication" — if the open mention is a duplicate, the original is shown here.
- "Duplicates (N)" — a list of all reprints with sources and dates. On the right — the total potential views of all duplicates.
- The "Set as original" button at the bottom of the panel appears if the open mention is a duplicate. It makes this publication the original of the group.

Frequently asked questions
How do I open the original article on the source website?
In the view panel, click the "Open in browser" icon at the bottom. You can also select "Copy post link" in the source ▾ menu.
Why is the publication text incomplete?
Some sources restrict access to the full text (paid subscription, closed pages) or publish only an announcement. In this case, the system saves the available part of the text. You can open the full version with the "Open in browser" button.
How do I close the view panel?
Click the › arrow on the left border of the panel.
How do I mark a mention as "unread" again?
There is no separate button for this: a mention is considered read after it is opened. To avoid losing an important mention, add it to favorites (star) or assign a tag.
