A scheduled report automatically arrives to you and your colleagues by email, Telegram or Slack on a schedule — daily, or on certain days of the week or month. You set up once what the report should contain, and you no longer need to export mentions manually.

Step 1. Open the "Reports" section

  1. Click "Reports" in the top menu.
  2. In the "Choose newsfeed" field (1), choose the workspace for which the report is being set up.
  3. Click "Add" (2). A menu with report types opens:
    • "Add new monitoring report" (3) — scheduled reports based on the ready-made templates "Media analysis: Mentions, Tone, Dynamics" or "Media landscape: Reputation. Trends. SoV". These templates are not available to all clients: they are provided as part of certain plans or as a separate option agreed with your manager;
    • "Learn more about analytical reports" (4) — professional reports prepared by the LOOQME team (see a separate article);
    • "Templates for mailing" → "Create custom report" (5) — a report based on your own template.

The "Reports" section: "Choose newsfeed" field, "Add" button, monitoring reports, analytical reports, "Create custom report" and the "More about new reports" panel

Step 2. Fill in the main settings

The "Create report" form: "GO BACK", report name, object, format, language, template for mailing, "Create a new template", delivery, "Create report" button and the no-preview hint

# Field What to enter
1 "GO BACK" Return to the list of reports without saving.
2 "Report name" * Required field. The name under which the report will appear in the list and in emails.
3 "Object" "All objects" or a specific keyword.
4 "Format" HTML, PDF, XLS or DOCX.
5 "Language" The report language: UA, ENG, RU and others.
6 "Template for mailing" "My previously created templates": "Default" or a template you created earlier.
7 "Create a new template" Set up your own report look (see the article "Report Templates: How to Customize the Look of a Report"). An "Edit" link appears next to the selected custom template.
8 "Delivery by" Email, Telegram or Slack.
9 "Create report" Save the scheduled report settings.
10 Hint on the left Reports based on custom templates have no preview. An example of a previously received report can be found in the "Downloads" section.

Step 3. Set up delivery and schedule

Report delivery and periodicity: "Delivery by" Email, Telegram, Slack, recipient, "Add recipient", "Everyday" with "at specific hours" or "every N hours", "Create report" button

  1. In the "Delivery by" block (1), choose a channel. For email, your address is set by default (2); click "Add recipient" (3) so that colleagues receive the report.
  2. In the "Periodicity" field (4), choose: "Everyday", "By days of the week" or "By days of the month".
  3. For a daily report, choose (5):
    • "at specific hours" — enter the time in HH:MM format; with the "Add time" button you can add several sendings per day;
    • "every N hours" — the report will arrive at the specified interval.
  4. Click "Create report" (6).

For daily monitoring, managers find it convenient to receive a short HTML report in the morning, for example at 09:00. For monthly reporting, choose "By days of the month" and the PDF or DOCX format.

Frequently asked questions

The report didn't arrive. What should I check?

Check the recipients' addresses and the "Spam" folder, the frequency settings and whether there were new mentions for the selected period. If everything is fine, write to the support chat.

Can I see what the report will look like?

For ready-made templates, examples are shown on the right of the "Reports" page. Reports based on custom templates have no preview — an example of a previously received report can be found in the "Downloads" section.

If you need more help, write to the support chat or contact your manager.
