LOOQME is a media and social media monitoring platform. It automatically collects publications (mentions) about your brand, competitors or the topics you follow, and helps you analyze them.

This article briefly describes the sections of the platform, where the main buttons are, and where to go for each task.

LOOQME main menu

The purple menu at the top of the screen is available on every page of the platform. In the screenshot below, the main elements are numbered.

LOOQME main menu: Mentions, Analytics, Search, Alerts, Reports, Downloads, workspace name and period, help, profile and the chat button

  1. Mentions — a feed of all publications found by your keywords. Here you view, filter, mark, tag and export mentions.
  2. Analytics — dashboards with charts: "General Analytics", "Social Media Analytics", "Media Analytics", "Pages", "Images" and your own custom pages with charts.
  3. Search — search for publications across the entire LOOQME database, not only in your feed. You can write a regular query, use an AI query or ready-made templates.
  4. Alerts — set up email or Telegram alerts about new mentions, negative mentions and activity spikes.
  5. Reports — scheduled email reports (PDF or HTML) and ordering professional analytical reports.
  6. Downloads — all the files you have exported from the platform.
  7. Workspace name and period — the name of your workspace (project) and the selected date range. Click the dates to change the period: it applies to the feed, analytics and reports.
  8. Help ("?") — quick access to the support chat, the Knowledge Base and the LOOQME Blog.
  9. Profile — profile settings, feed settings, data and limits, logout.
  10. The "Q" chat button in the bottom right corner — a chat with the LOOQME support team.

Tip. If your account has several workspaces (for example, for different brands), switch between them by clicking the workspace name above the dates.

The "Help" menu

Click the "?" icon (1) in the top right corner. A menu (2) with three items opens:

Click the profile icon (1) in the top right corner. The menu (2) contains the following items:

  • Profile settings — first name, last name, interface language, time zone, profile photo and password change. Learn more in the article "Profile Settings: Interface Language, Time Zone, Password and Photo".
  • Feed settings — lists of blocked and selected sources, authors and publication places, as well as the number of news items shown under each keyword.
  • Data and limits — how many keywords, tags, PageTracker pages and users are available in your plan and how many are already used.
  • Logout — sign out of your LOOQME account.

The "Downloads" section

Click "Downloads" (1) in the top menu, to the right of "Reports". This section stores all the files you exported from the feed or from Search (PDF, Excel, HTML). You can download them again from there.

If the browser window is narrow, the "Downloads" item may be hidden under the three dots "⋮" to the right of "Reports".

How people usually work with LOOQME

  1. Keywords. Keywords are set up for your workspace — search queries about your brand, competitors or topics. The system collects mentions based on them.
  2. Mentions feed. New publications appear in the "Mentions" section. You review them, filter them, change the sentiment, add tags and mark them as processed.
  3. Analytics. In the "Analytics" section, you see the number of mentions, sentiment, sources, dynamics and other metrics for the selected period.
  4. Alerts and reports. To avoid missing anything important, set up alerts about new or negative mentions and scheduled email reports.
