The "Data and limits" page shows how many keywords, tags, PageTracker pages and users are available in your plan and how many are already used. You can also check your monthly mention limit and its renewal date here.
How to open the "Data and limits" page
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select "Data and limits".
The page has two blocks: "Monthly limits" (renewed every month) and "Permanent limits" (valid until your plan changes).
Monthly limits
- Renewal date — when monthly limits will be reset and credited again (for example, "Resets – 1 November 2026").
- Mentions — how many publications (media and social media mentions) your workspace can collect per month. If it says "Unlimited", there is no limit.
- AI Assistant — how many requests to the Q Insight AI assistant your workspace can make per month (summaries of mentions, key narratives and insights). If it says "Unlimited", there is no limit.
Permanent limits: keywords, PageTracker, users, tags
- Keywords — search queries for monitoring brands, competitors and topics. The card shows how many keywords are left, how many are used and the total limit (for example, "1 used / 5 keywords").
- PageTracker — the number of pages (dashboards) with widgets in the "Analytics" section that you can create, for example separately for your brand and for each competitor.
- Users — how many active accounts (colleagues) your organization can have in the workspace.
- Tags — how many tags you can create. Tags help group mentions by topic, including automatically with AI.
How to read a limit card
| Card element | What it means |
|---|---|
| Large number + "remaining" (3) | How many units you can still use |
| Percentage (for example, 80%) (4) | What share of the limit is still free |
| Progress bar (5) | Visually shows the used part of the limit |
| "N used" (6) and "/ N …" (7) | How much of the total limit is already used |
| "Limit reached" | All units are used; you cannot create new ones until the limit is increased or space is freed up |
What to do if a limit is reached
When a limit is reached, the card shows the message "… limit reached" and the "Notify manager" button.
- Click "Notify manager" on the card of the limit you need — your manager will receive the request and contact you about extending your plan.
- Or write to the support chat (the "Q" button in the bottom right corner) and specify which limit needs to be increased.
Tip. To free up space without changing your plan, delete or disable keywords or tags you no longer need. Before deleting a keyword, keep in mind that the mentions collected by it may stop being displayed in the feed.
Frequently asked questions
When is the mention limit renewed?
Once a month, on the date shown next to the "Monthly limits" heading.
What happens if the monthly mention limit runs out?
Collection of new mentions may be limited until the limit renewal date. Check the exact terms for your plan with your manager. To avoid this, narrow down overly broad keywords or contact your manager about increasing the limit.
Why can't I create a new keyword or tag?
Most likely, the corresponding limit has been reached. Check it on the "Data and limits" page. The feed filter panel also shows how many keywords and tags are used, for example "Used 1/5".
Can I increase a limit for just one month?
The terms for extending limits are agreed with your manager. Write to them or to the support chat.
If you need more help, write to the support chat or contact your manager.
