After you add social media pages to the "Pages" tab, detailed analytics is available for each of them: followers, engagement, views, and a calendar of all publications. Pages and groups can be compared with each other — for example, your pages with a competitor's pages.

How to open detailed page analytics

  • For one page: on the "Pages" tab, click 👁 in the "Actions" column opposite the page.
  • For a whole group (for example, all your own pages or all of a competitor's pages): click 👁 to the right of the group name.

Detailed page analytics: "Return to pages", period, "+" and comparison chips, page profile, Subscribers, Engagement rate, Post views, the Engagement formula and chart tabs

# Element What it means
1 "Return to pages" Return to the pages table.
2 Period The dates for which data is shown. Click to change the period.
3 "+" and chips What is being analyzed now. Click "+" to add another group (for example, a competitor) to the comparison. ✕ on a chip removes it from the comparison.
4 Page profile The name, social network and description of the page.
5 Subscribers The current number of subscribers and the change over 24 hours and over 7 days.
6 Engagement rate The percentage of the audience that interacts with the content (comments on or likes publications) and its change.
7 Post views The number of publication views and the change. On Facebook and Instagram, views are available only for video content.
8 Engagement Total interaction: Engagement = Reactions + Comments + Reposts.
9 Chart tabs Switch the chart between "Engagement", "Followers" and "Post views".

To compare yourself with a competitor, open the analytics of the "Own pages" group, click "+" and add the competitor group. The metrics of both groups will be shown side by side.

Publication calendar

The "Calendar" switch on the "Pages" tab shows all publications of the tracked pages by day. This is handy for seeing how often competitors publish, which posts got the most reactions and on which days there was no activity.

Publication calendar: "Analytics"/"Calendar" switch, period, page selection, "Month"/"Week", arrows and "Today", publications per day and post metrics

# Element What it is for
1 "Analytics" / "Calendar" A switch between the modes of the "Pages" tab.
2 Period The dates shown in the calendar.
3 Page selection Which pages to show in the calendar.
4 "Month" / "Week" The calendar scale.
5 Arrows and "Today" Go to the previous or next period or return to the current one.
6 Publications per day The number of publications per day ("Total"), grouping by page groups, the image and text of the post.
7 Post metrics The social network, the number of page subscribers, engagement and reactions.

If there were no publications on a given day, the cell says "No activity".

Frequently asked questions

What is the engagement rate?

It is the percentage of the page audience that interacts with the content — comments on or likes publications. It allows you to compare pages of different sizes: a large page may have many reactions but a low rate.

Why is the data for the first day incomplete?

After a page is added, data collection takes up to 10 minutes, and the publication history is loaded gradually. Check the analytics a little later.

Can I compare several competitors at once?

Yes. On the detailed analytics page, click "+" and add the groups you need one by one.

If you need more help, write to the support chat or contact your manager.
