In addition to the standard tabs, you can create custom pages with the set of charts you need in the "Analytics" section: for competitor analysis, crisis monitoring, a specific newsworthy event or a regular report for management. Charts can be taken from the library of ready-made ones or built in the builder. Custom pages are visible to all users of the workspace — there are no separate access rights for them. The link copied with the "Share" button is a direct link to the page: anyone who has it can open it.
How to create a custom analytics page
- In the "Analytics" section, click "+" to the right of the tab icons.
- In the "Add analytics page" window, select a template (1).
- Enter the page name (2).
- On the right, review the charts that will be included in the page (3). You can remove an unnecessary chart with the 🗑 button (4).
- Click "Create page" (5). The message "Analytics page created" appears, and the new page appears as a tab with its name.

How to add a ready-made chart from the library
- Open a custom analytics page and click "Add Chart". The chart library opens on the right.
- Select a tab (1): "All", "Systems" (standard LOOQME charts) or "My" (charts you created in the builder). To quickly find a chart, use the "Search…" field (2).
- Under the chart name, select the data source (4): "Social Media", "Media" or "Media and Social Media".
- Click "+" (3) next to the name — the chart appears on the page.
The library includes, among others: all mentions, audience, sentiment, role, number of mentions by tag, MV, MQ, MFI, mentions from the Top 100 sources, share of conversation, Share of Voice, mention dynamics, top positive and negative mentions, mentions by tag and sentiment, subtopics, geography, source levels and topics, popular words, AVE (total and by individual keywords), as well as all charts of the standard tabs.
How to create your own chart in the builder
- Click "Create Chart" (on the page or at the bottom of the chart library).
- Enter the chart name (1) and select a keyword (2) or leave "All keyword".
- Select the chart type (3): pie chart, matrix, column chart, date chart, table, "Geography" chart or numeric.
- In "Show in section" and "Show relative to" (4), choose how to break down the data: by keywords or tags.
- In the "Amount per" block (5), select a metric: Article Count, MV, AVE, Double Count, Engagement, Authors Count, Publication Place Audience, Author Audience, Engagement Rate, MFI, MQ, Source Audience or Potential Views.
- If needed, add a chart description, set up the appearance and additional filters: source type, tag, mention type, sentiment, role, country, source, author, language.
- A preview is shown immediately on the right (6). When everything is ready, click "Create Chart" (7).
Example: to see how many mentions each tag has, select a column chart, "Show relative to: Tags" and "Amount per: Article Count".
How to rename or delete a custom page
- Hover over the tab of a custom page (1) — a ▾ arrow appears next to it.
- Click the arrow and select "Rename" or "Delete" (2).
Frequently asked questions
Can I add a chart to a standard tab, such as "General Analytics"?
We recommend collecting the charts you need on custom pages — this way the standard tabs stay unchanged. To move a chart from a standard tab to your page, use the ⋮ menu → "Copy to…".
How do I download my analytics page?
Click "Download PDF" above the charts. An individual chart can be saved as an image via the ⋮ menu → "Download picture".
