Dashboards LOOQME — module where you can easily, quickly and flexibly arrange your KPIs tracking. And then compare changes in different periods and present them in a report.
Dashboards consist of widgets (data visualizations) with different metrics, for example: mentions number, dynamics, potential coverage, Media Visibility, etc.
In this article you will learn how to:
Work with dashboards: features and filters.
Compare different periods.
Generate a report.
How to work with Dashboards
To get started, go to the «Dashboards» tab at the top of the screen.
The page will open a dashboard tab with a standard widgets set and frequently used metrics: mentions number, potential coverage, sentiment analysis, dynamics, etc.
❗ The standard dashboard metrics displays the sum of all the keywords that our platform tracks for you.
How to work with filters
You can use filters to view mentions of a specific company, person or competitor.
All you need to do is to is select the objects you are interested in at the top right in the «Keyword» filter. And then widgets will show you data only for the selected keywords.
In addition to that, «Tag» filter will show you the results of a specific press release or a press event, etc.
⚠️If you don't have any tags, you can set up an automatic or manual tag in your News Feed.
How to work with mentions
All the metrics on the widgets are clickable. Clicking on any number will open the «News Feed» and shows which mentions were visualized there
You can also view the «Live stream» of mentions by clicking on "Mentions / My Notepad". All the news of your keywords will be collected there with original publications links.
How to compare different periods
We added the «Comparison» option, so now you can easily track the performance changes compared to the previous periods. First, open the calendar at the top right.
Then click the «Compare with» switch. The system will automatically select previous period, equal to the period you have already selected. So if there was selected “from Apr 18 to Apr 24” — the system will select previous 7 days, which will be “from Apr 11 to Apr 17”, and the same is with the 30 days or any other periods.
Or you can choose your own custom period to compare months, quarters, years, etс.
Click on «Compare with».
Select the first period as a main one by clicking on the start and the end date of it in the calendar. For example, from April 1st to April 30th.
Then select the period for comparison, for example, from March 1 to March 31.
And right after loading, all widgets will show the information for both periods.
In a comparative analysis, data for the main period will be displayed on the left (highlighted in red on the screen below), and for the previous period — on the right (highlighted in green).
💡 And a percentage of how much indexes has grown or fallen by compared to the previous period will be displayed near.
How to generate a report
In order to download a report, you need to click on «Download PDF» at the top right.
And you will receive a PDF report with all widgets and selected filters or different periods of comparisons.
If you'd like to download a specific widget — just click on the ellipsis (⋮) in the right corner of this widget and select «Download picture». All done :)
Also, you can generate an online report through the «Share» feature in the right corner of the screen. The link is automatically copied and then can be pasted in a new browser window or sent to your colleague.
❗ Standard dashboard and all the widgets in it are automatically created by the system and not editable. You can find out how to create your own custom dashboards right here
