A keyword you created with the AI assistant can be changed at any time: renamed, broadened or narrowed, or given exclusions. You can also delete a keyword here if you no longer need it.
You can only edit keywords you created yourself with the AI assistant. If a keyword was set up by the LOOQME team (there is no pencil ✎ next to it), write to the support chat — we will make the changes for you.
How to open keyword editing
- In the "Mentions" feed, click the filter icon (funnel) to the left of the "N Keyword / N publications" counter.
- In the "Keyword" block, open the "All keyword" list (1).
- Hover over the keyword you need — a pencil ✎ (2) appears on the right. Click it.
What you can change on the editing page
A page with the name of your keyword opens. On the left, the entire previous dialogue with the AI assistant is saved; on the right are the current query parameters.
| # | Element | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Keyword name with the ▾ arrow | Opens the keyword menu. |
| 2 | "Delete KW" | Deletes the keyword. |
| 3 | Chat field | Continue the dialogue with the AI assistant to change the query. |
| 4 | "Save" | Saves the query changes. |
How to change the query
- In the chat field (3), write what needs to be changed. For example: "Exclude publications about job vacancies", "Add the name in English", "Search only in Ukrainian media".
- Wait for the assistant's answer and check the result: the explanation in the chat, the query body, the filters and the "Mentions" tab with sample publications.
- If you are happy with the result, click "Save" (4). Changes apply only to new publications: mentions already collected stay unchanged.
Check the result carefully after each refinement: the assistant may understand your request differently than you expected (for example, add the wrong language or exclude more than needed). If something goes wrong, simply don't save the changes — click "Back", and the keyword will remain unchanged.
How to delete a keyword
- Open the keyword editing page as described above.
- Click the keyword name with the ▾ arrow (1) in the top left corner.
- Select "Delete KW" (2).
What happens after deletion: the keyword is no longer shown in the workspace, but within 30 days it can be restored without losses — write to the support chat. After 30 days, the keyword is permanently archived and its data is deleted. The mentions can then be returned only by a new import: only the original, unprocessed set of mentions will be restored, without manual edits and deletions, and AI coding will have to be run again. If you are not sure whether to delete a keyword (for example, reports or alerts are already built on it), first write to the support chat.
Frequently asked questions
Why is there no pencil next to my keyword?
This keyword was set up by the LOOQME team. Such queries are changed by support — write to us in the chat about what exactly needs to be changed.
Can I edit the query manually, without the AI assistant?
The query is changed through a dialogue with the AI assistant: describe the change you need in plain language, and the assistant will update the technical query text itself. If you need a complex change that you can't explain to the assistant, contact support.
Can I rename a keyword?
Yes. On the editing page, change the name in the "The name of the keyword" field on the "Ai Query" tab or ask the assistant to do it, and then click "Save".
If you need more help, write to the support chat or contact your manager.
