If you need to perform the same action on many mentions (add a tag, mark as processed, change sentiment, delete), you don't have to do it one by one. Select several mentions with checkboxes and use the bulk actions panel.
How to select several mentions
- In the "Mentions" feed, tick the checkbox (1) to the left of the title of each mention you need.
- To select all loaded mentions of one keyword, tick the checkbox next to the keyword name (in the group header).
- A panel with the text "Selected N publications" (2) appears at the bottom of the screen.
Available actions
Icons on the panel (3), from left to right:

| Pencil | Edit mentions (sentiment and role) | Opens the "Edit mentions" window (4): for each keyword, select the sentiment and role, then click "Apply" (5). |
To clear the selection from all mentions, click ✕ "Close" (6) on the right of the panel.
Example: tag and process 10 mentions
- Filter the feed (for example, "Sentiment: Negative").
- Tick the mentions you need.
- Click the "Tags" icon and select a tag (for example, "Complaints").
- Without clearing the selection, click "Add to processed".
- Click ✕ to clear the selection.
Frequently asked questions
Can I select all mentions for a period at once?
The checkbox in the keyword header selects all mentions of this group that are already loaded in the feed. To cover more mentions, first load them with the "Show more" button or increase "Number of news under the KW" in the feed settings.
Can I undo a bulk action?
There is no separate "Undo" button. Deleted mentions can be restored in the "Deleted" status, and sentiment and tags can be changed again.
