Publications found in the "Search" section can be saved to "Favorites" so you can return to them later, and exported to an Excel or HTML file — all results or only favorites.

How to add a publication to "Favorites"

  • One publication: click ☆ ("Add to favorites") in the bottom right corner of the card. The star turns yellow.
  • Several publications: tick the cards you need (or the checkbox at the top of the list to select all on the page). The text "Results selected – N" and the "Add to favorites" button appear.

The counter next to the "Favorites" tab increases by the number of added publications.

How to view "Favorites"

  1. On the search page, click "Favorites" (1) at the top of the left panel.
  2. Switch between the "Social media" and "Media" tabs (2) — the number of favorite publications of each type is shown next to them.
  3. Saved publications (4) are marked with a yellow star (5).

  4. Choose the format (3):
    • XLS — an Excel table with a list of publications;

  5. Click "Download" (4).

Before exporting, check the "Duplicates" switch above the results: if it is off, duplicates (reprints) may not get into the file. Also check the period and filters — they affect what is exported.

Frequently asked questions

How is XLS different from XLS+?

XLS+ is an extended version of the table that additionally contains the news texts. Regular XLS is more convenient for a quick overview of the list.

Do favorites from search get into the "Mentions" feed?

No, "Favorites" in search is a separate list; it does not change your mentions feed.

Where can I find the exported file?

All exports are stored in the "Downloads" section ("Downloads" in the top menu). An export from search is named "Download of mentions from Search". When the status changes to "Done", click "Download" in the file row. Learn more in the article about exporting mentions and the "Downloads" section.
