If you don't want to compose a search query manually, use the AI query: describe in plain language what you need to find, and the AI assistant will form the query and set up the filters itself. This article also covers search history and saving filter sets.

How to search with an AI query

  1. In the "Search" section, click "AI query" (1).
  2. In the field at the bottom (8), describe what you need to find. For example: "Find mentions of company X in Ukrainian media". Press Enter.
  3. The assistant shows your message (3) and an explanation (4): what the query finds and how it narrows down the search.
  4. Pay attention to the filter panel on the left (6): the assistant may automatically select source types, language or country.
  5. Click "View results" (5). The "View results" tab (2) opens with the found publications.

AI query in Search: "Query settings" and "View results" tabs, user message, AI explanation, "View results" button, filters, "Save filter" and the input field

# Element What it is for
1 "AI query" Search mode with the AI assistant.
2 "Query settings" / "View results" A switch between the dialogue with the assistant and the search results.
3 Your message The task description you sent.
4 AI explanation What the query finds and what restrictions are applied.
5 "View results" Run the search with the generated query.
6 Filters Filters the assistant selected automatically. They can be changed manually.
7 💾 "Save filter" Save the current filter set.
8 "Enter your mention question here..." field Describe the task or refine the query.

Before analyzing the results, make sure the found publications really relate to your topic: look through a few cards and pay attention to the highlighted words. To see the technical text of the query formed by the assistant, go to the "Regular query" tab. If the results are irrelevant, refine the query in the chat or write to support.

The assistant may interpret wording in its own way: for example, "Ukrainian media" as a filter by the Ukrainian language. If you need the country specifically, say so directly: "sources from Ukraine".

Search history

All your queries are saved in history, so any search can be repeated.

  1. Click the clock with an arrow icon in the query field (tooltip "Search history").
  2. On the left, select a day — the number of queries run is shown next to it.
  3. Each entry shows the period, the query text, the applied filters, the search time and the number of publications found in media and social media.
  4. Click "Search again" to repeat the search, or the copy icon to copy the query.

Filter sets

If you often search with the same filters (for example, only Ukrainian online media), save them as a set:

  1. In the filter panel, click ⊕ (tooltip "Create new filter") — a "New filter" set appears.
  2. Select the filters you need.
  3. Click 💾 "Save filter" to the right of the set name.

The ↺ button in the filter panel resets all filters.

Frequently asked questions

How is the AI query in search different from the AI assistant for keywords?

The technology is the same, but the result is different. In search, you immediately see the publications found across the entire LOOQME database. The AI assistant for keywords creates a permanent keyword that collects mentions into your feed.

Can I edit the query generated by the AI?

Yes. Continue the dialogue with the assistant or go to the "Regular query" tab and make changes manually, then click the search button.

If you need more help, write to the support chat or contact your manager.
