The update of the Alerts section is an important step in improving the LOOQME service. This opens up new possibilities for users to quickly and intuitively configure alerts and reports according to project needs.
Alerts can be accessed from the main page of the client dashboard.
The interface consists of two main parts: Alerts and Reports, each with its corresponding settings for each type of dispatch.
Alerts
The Alerts tab offers settings for alerts based on keywords or search queries, as well as notifications for negative mentions or mentions with spikes in activity.
Creating a new alert is as convenient and simple as possible: after selecting the desired type of alert, you need to click the "plus" icon on the corresponding widget or "Add" on the right side of the window next to the specific type of notification.
A settings window will open – you can create it using an existing keyword or your own search query. When selecting the "By query" option, a separate window with a query builder will open, allowing you to create a search query according to your needs and preferences.
The next step is to choose the delivery method – email or Telegram account. For alerts, there is the option to send simultaneously to both email and Telegram. Additionally, for Telegram delivery, there is an extra option to send to a group or private messages.
Important!
After choosing the method of receiving alerts in Telegram, your Telegram account will be connected to the LOOQME system. This is a necessary technical procedure to continue receiving notifications. To complete it successfully, please follow the steps provided by the system and confirm the connection of your account to LOOQME. Only then will it be possible to receive alerts in Telegram.

Once everything is set up, save the alert. It will immediately appear in the interface with the main configuration parameters and will be available for disabling or editing with a single click.
If needed, an alert can be paused and reactivated at any time.
Alerts set up by other users, where you are among the recipients, will also be displayed here. You can disable such alerts for yourself (and stop receiving notifications), but you will not be able to change their settings.
Active alerts are easily distinguishable by colour: green for those configured by you, and blue for those created by another user where you are a recipient.
Reports
Report settings are managed in the corresponding tab of the Alerts interface.
To create a new custom report, click "Add" and fill in the fields in the new menu that appears on the right side of the screen:
enter the report name
select the object or objects it is generated for
specify the format and language of the report
choose a report template (you can select the default or create your own in a separate menu)
select the delivery method (available options are email or Telegram) and specify the recipients
choose the frequency and time for receiving the report from the available options
Note!
If needed, you can customise your own template when creating a report by going to the corresponding menu item. In this case, an additional settings window will open with extensive options for editing the content of the report. Once the template is created, it can be used for other reports by selecting the appropriate name.

Then save the report. If everything is done correctly, the system will create the corresponding report and a widget with its main parameters will be created on the Report Settings tab.
By clicking on it, you can open a menu with all the settings, where you can edit or change the report parameters if necessary.
Reports created by another user, where you are a recipient, are displayed as separate widgets but marked with a different colour, following the same principle as in the Alerts section.
Similarly to notifications, you cannot change the settings of a report created by another user; you can only disable it for yourself if needed.
