The Downloads Interface is a new option for Looqme system users, allowing them to work with reports and any downloads from the news feed and the general Search within the system. From now on, all reports can be conveniently and quickly viewed in a separate menu in your personal dashboard and downloaded again if needed.
You can access the new interface from the main page of the client dashboard.
The Downloads interface has a simple and intuitive structure: it displays all the customer's downloads in any format, including configured automatic reports, in a list.
Downloads can be sorted by date received, format, status, alphabetically and searched by name. This allows you to quickly find the file you need based on the parameters you select.
A useful feature is the display of the report status. For example, if a report is large and takes some time to generate, the system will indicate that the report is "In Progress".
Important!
If a report shows the status "Error", our technical support will automatically receive a notification and start working on resolving the problem, so there is no need to report it separately!
All downloads displayed in the corresponding menu are "linked" to the user's profile. This means that if an automatic report is set up for a specific account (email) by a project manager or colleagues, it will be displayed in the downloads list for all recipients.
Downloads are stored for a period of 13 months. After this period, they will be removed from the history, and the report will need to be downloaded again.
