Customize tags to create additional filtering in your feed. They can help you quickly evaluate a post's topic or other parameters.
By clicking on a tag, you will sort only the news you need. Tags can be assigned to each publication automatically or manually.
How to set up an automatic tag?
1. In the News Feed, in the Filter panel, click the "+ Add tag". Then select "Tag automatically " and go to the basic or advanced query builder.
2. Enter a Tag name and select the color to highlight it.
3. Add the necessary keys (names, words, phrases). Tag settings may differ depending on the type of builder you choose, learn more about working with them here.
4. Select the period for which the tag will be assigned to posts in your feed (options are available from the current moment and up to the past 2 years).
5. Then click "Next " and a preview window will appear to edit the tag content, if necessary. After that, click Add and the tag will be saved.
You can also receive an email notification to let you know when the tag is added to the news in your feed.
How to add a tag manually?
Click on the checkbox (square on the left) next to the news item and choose Tags from the menu below. Then select the tags you want to add to the news and save the changes.
With the help of a manual tag, you can mark important posts to easily find them in the news feed. They can be customized without additional prompts if you do not select Tag automatically.
⚠️ Please note:
Tags will be assigned only to news items that are in your news feed.
In the Analytics and Dashboards section, you can view the dynamics of news by tags.
Your XLS reports will have a separate column with tags.
In customized templates, you can group news by tags and display tags in the technical information.
