When working with the system, you often need to check the presence of a particular publication in the news feed. There are several ways to do this, let's look at the example of a news item from UAZMI
One way to find a news item is to use a feed search on a particular unique word or phrase that the publication should contain:
Copy a word or phrase into the search box in the feed, the phrase must be enclosed in quotation marks, for example, "Strange planes were spotted in the sky over Ukraine". It is important to choose the appropriate search period in the calendar, we recommend choosing at least 1 day before and 1 day after the relevant period. You can also use the filter by source type.
You can also use the filter by url and search directly by the link to the news, just write it in the search box url:link to the news item - url:https://uazmi.com/news/post/aa8a744a29188465161d92e0aedc1654
If the publication is in the system and everything is done correctly, the news that matches the request parameters will be displayed in the search results.
IMPORTANT:
check whether the duplicate news display is enabled, because the news could have been included in them and therefore not displayed in the search feed, for example, the same news on ukrainetoday.org
you can also use the filter by source itself - add its URL or name to the filter field and select the source you want. But be sure to turn on duplicates, so you don't miss the news that got there:
Whenever possible, the system saves the Ukrainian version of a publication if the source publishes news in several languages. However, if the news cannot be found in the search, check the article in other languages if they are available.
