In addition to the standard widgets you can create individual Dashboards for each employee, department, research object, press release or etc. It will take only few minutes and here what you'll need to know :)
Creating a dashboard
First, click the «Create a new dashboard».
Dashboard settings will open after that, make sure to add the «Dashboard Name».
💡 There are some additional options such as «Keyword» and «Tag» so you can specify permanent filters for new dashboard by the keywords or tags that you need.
When you select one or more keywords or tags, the information on the widgets will always be filtered by them. And that's how you can customize the dashboard exclusively for your company, speaker, competitor, press release, press event or etc.
❗ If you don't choose any permanent filters when creating a new dashboard — the system will create it with all the objects that we are monitoring for you right now.
But you always can use other filters while working with the dashboards, and here is an article with some information on how to work with filters.
And finally, after adding the name and filters, click the «Create Dashboard», and all done, the dashboard is created. So now you can fill it with widgets :)
Adding widgets
The «Widget Panel» will open on the right side in the newly created dashboard. There you can choose metrics that you would like to track. You will have more than 30 widgets for different metrics to use!
To add a new widget to your dashboard — move the cursor in the widget panel to a metric you are interested in, and the adding icon will appear (the green ➕).
A new widget will appear on your page after clicking on the ➕
Repeat this to add all the needed KPIs for tracking :)
❗ All widgets will be added with «Media and social networks» data (if we track them for you) by default. But there is an option to limit media types while adding widgets.
Before clicking on the add icon, you can specify «Media» or «Social media» to limit metrics on the widget by these type only.
🤩 And it's all done! Now you can easyly get KPIs data 24/7 in your custom dashboard.
Editing Widgets
You can change positions of the widgets on the dashboard tab just by holding the widget and moving it to an empty space.
And by clicking on the ellipsis (⋮) in the corner of any widget, you can:
Delete it if you no longer interested in it.
Edit it by adding a media or social media type limitation.
