What is Q Insight?

Q Insight is an AI assistant powered by ChatGPT, integrated into LOOQME Hub as a chat interface, simplifying and making analytics accessible.

Q Insight enables you to engage in a chat dialogue and ask questions about your brand mentions. You can receive responses to queries of varying complexity, from simple ones ("What are the main customer complaints?") to more in-depth analyses ("What topics are often mentioned alongside our brand?").

You can access Q Insight via the relevant icon on your newsfeed page:

How does it work?

Before starting a dialogue, it's essential to filter the mentions on which your queries will be based. For instance, if you are interested in consumer issues based on negative feedback on social networks, you can:

  • Select a keyword.

  • Choose the sentiment "Negative."

  • Select sources (e.g., Facebook, X (Twitter)).

  • Pick a specific date range on the calendar.

Note: The maximum number of mentions for analysis is 5,000, and they should be text mentions.

Filtering helps form specific queries, ensuring more relevant results. You can skip this step, but the results might then be too general.

Once you have filtered the needed mentions, press the Q-Insight button and ask your question – the AI assistant will process the mentions and provide an answer.

The average response time is up to a minute. Depending on the number of publications and the complexity of the question, response time may vary.

For ease of use, there is an option to combine chat and the main feed display (by adjusting the scale)

or even open only the chat at full screen width.

Dialogue and Research

Q Insight supports dialogues, allowing you to explore key topics more deeply. For example:

  • "What are the main consumer issues?" → ... "And what about...?" → "How can we act?"

  • "Have there been any communication crises involving Company A?" → ... "What was it related to...?" → "What strategy did Company A use to resolve the crisis?"

This approach allows for more detailed research and insights that can be beneficial for your business.

Dialogue History and Results Saving

Q Insight saves the history of your dialogues, enabling you to return to discussions that require additional clarification. You can also review the filters used for specific queries.

Additionally, you can copy results to use the obtained information in your current work without extra effort.

Usage Limits

Currently, there is a limit of 20 Q Insight queries per month. If needed, this can be increased on a paid basis.

In the chat settings, you can view the number of available queries and manage your usage.
